Dr RAMPRASAD GADDIPATI is the chairman of schools at Harvest International School, Bangalore

The world today needs anything that can prove itself worth the time. When we talk about education one word that comes to our mind is entrepreneurship and along with that comes the tag edupreneurs. The capacity in which these people work range from creating teaching materials to establishing schools and educational institutions. The passion and motivation that drags them into this is their own vision and thought.

Our chairman Dr.Ramprasad is one such person who has been a keystone in the establishment of Harvest International School and the Montessori wings of this great educational venture. We can call him an independent think tank who has always been thinking about the ways of improving the quality of education. He strongly believes that today’s classrooms should provide a stimulating environment to students and become centres for mutual and widespread learning, and prepare them for challenging roles in the future. Therefore, there is an invariable need to update and upgrade.

Dr Ramprasad is passionate about the Montessori Method and this persuaded him to establish the Cherubs Montessori School in HSR layout. He has contributed extensively towards creating materials; his ideas and creativity have taken the lead in making the school what it is today. He has since then not looked behind and has been playing a pivotal role in not only upgrading the infrastructure but also adopting modern software to enhance the teaching-learning process. It has always been his fondest wish to create a school that not only provides a sound education, but also a holistic learning experience for life, where they learn values that can be used constructively for the betterment of society. He also went on to start another venture called Cherubs Montessori in Somapura, Sarjapur Road. He has always believed that his staff strives to bring out the best in every child. He loves to play Golf and is also interested in travelling.
